The hall has been cleared so that the flooring work can start. The whole area will be grit-blasted, followed by the application of a damp-proof coating and then the flooring.

Signs have been fitted to the toilet doors.

The base for a third prefabricated garage has been cleared.

The concrete floor has been grit-blasted today to provide a key for the surface damp proof membrane that will protect the flooring from the remaining moisture in the concrete.

These are the materials for the damp proof membrane. First a levelling coat is applied, followed by an epoxy resin.

After the damp proof membrane has been applied, a further levelling coat is needed to provide an absorbent surface for the flooring adhesive.

Tongued and grooved chipboard flooring has been obtained for the loft, together with a loft ladder.

Work has continued on the floor preparation. This is the first layer of levelling compound, which goes under the damp proof membrane.

Another room with the first layer applied. The toilets, kitchen, meeting room, part of the corridor and about 25% of the hall have been treated today.

This is the damp proof membrane. The final floor covering won't be nearly as bright and shiny!

Work has started on a further prefabricated garage. This will be used to house the minibuses and for drying tents. The garage is being lifted up by 150mm with two courses of bricks to provide sufficient headroom for the minibuses.

A primer has been applied to the Meeting Room floor in preparation for the final levelling coat.

The vinyl safety floor is being laid out in the Main Hall in preparation for cutting.

The floor has been started in the gents toilet. In the toilets, the flooring will be turned up at the edges to form a waterproof skirting.

Rohallion have fitted security alarms to the two store buildings.

The land is being prepared for new grass seed. A special heavy duty grass is being used. One of the parents has obtained the seed at wholesale price and is providing fertilisers free.

Some volunteers picking up stones. The remainder of the pavilion has also been burnt.

A fire resistant shutter has been installed on the inside of the kitchen servery hatch.
